this makes perfect sense actually because hell only means pale lager in german

There a town called Intercourse somewhere. I used to live near Middlesex, NY (yeah I dunno either).

Intercourse is in Pennsylvania and so is Blue Ball. There's also a town in Newfoundland called Dildo.

I knew I drove thru Intercourse.

I remember a skit on Jackass (back before it was ghey) where Johnny Knoxville visited a town called Mianus (literally pronounced My Anus).

He went around taping himself saying "Look! There's a big red truck in Mianus!" "Aww! There's a little Jack Russel Terrier in Mianus!" "There is a sewage refinery plant in Mianus" Probably my favorite skit of theirs, lol
