Over here, physical therapy is pretty hardcore. What my therapist does is tear the scars from where they seem to be fixed, get the muscles away from the bone (inactive too long, it's all kinda glued together) and bend my knee further every time. We are at 90°, and every mm hurts so badly I told him to stop or I'd throw up today. I was really feeling it in my stomach, one more push and I would have been sick all over him after those first ten steps I walked, we decided to wait some more weeks for more walkign as I'm a heavy guy and the knee is just too weak and unstable. Well, more patience.
at least I got my Donjoy leg splint, so I can bend my knee a little. the stiff oen is only for nights. Another 5 weeks.

The thing is I'm trying not be whiny and then i end up being whiny anyways

So I fucked up valentines day with a vile,pms induced, cryin rant bout the house and contractors and the pipes freezing and all the shit that needs to be done and could have already been done. Felt really bad so I went out and bought watt a net tablet so he can look at nasty net porn again. Using it now and its hard to type and figure out how to do simple stuff, like post a pic, copy n paste,but its way cool.

Facebook and Twitter have ruined the art of messageboarding...k...that and teaching math to 6th grade girls. I've missed ya'll.
