It's much less metaphorical and intelligent than you think, Ann.
Just take it all literally. It's a recipe for space cookies
The joke is that there are no eggs in the cookies, which means the eggs of Satan just means the balls of Satan (we say eggs for testicles),
since they look a bit like testicles. The German is pretty good except for one instance where the speaker stumbles over the "gefettetes Backblech".

What's also funny about it is the Hitler speech tone and cheering crowd, so if you don't speak German you'll take it for some Nazi speech
while it really is a baking recipe

Half a cup of powdered sugar
One quarter of a teaspoon of salt
One knifepoint Turkish hash
Half a pound butter
One teaspoon of vanilla-sugar

150 g ground nuts
A little extra powdered sugar
... and no eggs

Place in a bowl
Add butter
Add the ground nuts and
Knead the dough


Form eyeball-size pieces from the dough
Roll in the powdered sugar
and say the Magic Words:
"Sim sala bim bamba sala do saladim"

Place on a greased baking pan and
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
...AND NO EGGS

Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
...and no eggs

OMG - THANKYOU!!!!!!!!!! It's been driving me nuts for years and I can't spell the German to stick in a translator in the PC - but knowing the Tool sense of humor I knew it's intended sound was not what they would be saying - a extended punchline if you will. Like when I tell the dog really mean things in a sweet little baby voice - he loves it - "Whose going back to the pound you stupid phucker?" kind of stuff.
