I spent the entire week rehearsing in Essen with the others, and gave everyone the flu
Musically, the gig was not much (the entire PA was bullshit, and the monitors on stage all had to be completely switched off since all they produced was infernal white noise. Singing without hearing? uuuuh).
But hey, noone noticed, and it was big fun. Manni was mighty relieved and now has full faith in the band.
We're recording an EP in two weeks. Can't wait to let you hear the stuff

Dusty Miller is over (which has nothign to do with me joining CJ), but maybe will be back in a different form at some point, since we still have a big stash of songs we'd like to release.

Good part of today: I'm almost done renopvating the new flat and it looks fabulous.
Some cunts opened our mail today in the old house searching for money, I really want ot get out of here.

Just returned from a fabulous 4 day bachelorette party in New Orleans. I am so wiped out, but I haven't laughed so much in ages. We donned wigs one night so we couldn't be identified in any incriminating photos.

Thanks! Apparently 4 days of alcohol and sleep deprivation do not suit me. I have a horrible cough & sore throat now. Inhaling dust from the 150 year old former brothel we stayed at probably didn't help.
